1. Current website status

A2B.tel is currently a pre-launch / marketplace beta preparation website. It is used to present the planned A2B B2B technology platform and collect early-access requests from business visitors. The full platform is not yet commercially launched through this website.

2. Who is responsible for this form?

The A2B project team acts as the data controller for information submitted through the early-access form. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@a2b.tel.

4. Why we use this data

We use the submitted data to respond to your request, assess early interest in A2B.tel, prepare beta onboarding, maintain a basic audit trail and protect the form from misuse. We do not use the form for bulk marketing.

5. Legal basis

We process your form submission to take steps at your request before a possible business relationship and on the basis of our legitimate interest in managing early-access enquiries, service preparation and website security.

6. Where the data is stored and who receives it

Form submissions are stored in a hidden server-side request file that is not publicly downloadable from the website. The website may also send an administrative notification through Brevo transactional email API from hello@a2b.tel to the project administrator.

Brevo is used only as a technical email delivery provider for notification emails. It is not used here for campaign mailing or bulk marketing.

7. Retention

During the pre-launch stage, we keep early-access enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, plan onboarding and document project preparation. Records that are no longer needed should be periodically reviewed and deleted.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing where applicable. You may also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.

1. Dabartinis svetainės statusas

A2B.tel šiuo metu yra pre-launch / marketplace beta versijos pasirengimo svetainė. Ji naudojama pristatyti planuojamą A2B B2B technologinę platformą ir rinkti ankstyvos prieigos užklausas iš verslo lankytojų. Pilna platforma per šią svetainę dar nėra komerciškai paleista.

2. Kas atsakingas už formą?

A2B projekto komanda veikia kaip duomenų valdytojas dėl ankstyvos prieigos formoje pateiktų duomenų. Duomenų apsaugos klausimais galite rašyti hello@a2b.tel.

Duomenis naudojame atsakyti į jūsų užklausą, įvertinti ankstyvą susidomėjimą A2B.tel, pasiruošti beta onboardingui, turėti bazinį audito įrašą ir apsaugoti formą nuo piktnaudžiavimo. Formos nenaudojame masinei rinkodarai.

5. Teisinis pagrindas

Formos duomenis tvarkome siekdami imtis veiksmų jūsų prašymu prieš galimą verslo santykį ir remdamiesi teisėtu interesu administruoti ankstyvos prieigos užklausas, pasirengti paslaugai ir užtikrinti svetainės saugumą.

6. Kur duomenys saugomi ir kam perduodami

Formos užklausos saugomos paslėptame serverio užklausų faile, kuris nėra viešai parsisiunčiamas per svetainę. Svetainė taip pat gali siųsti administracinį pranešimą per Brevo transactional email API iš hello@a2b.tel projekto administratoriui.

Brevo šiame scenarijuje naudojamas tik kaip techninis el. pašto pranešimų pristatymo tiekėjas. Jis čia nenaudojamas kampanijų siuntimui ar masinei rinkodarai.

7. Saugojimo terminas

Pre-launch etape ankstyvos prieigos užklausas saugome tik tiek, kiek pagrįstai reikia atsakyti, planuoti onboardingą ir dokumentuoti projekto pasirengimą. Nebereikalingi įrašai turėtų būti periodiškai peržiūrimi ir ištrinami.

8. Jūsų teisės

Galite prašyti susipažinti su duomenimis, juos ištaisyti, ištrinti, apriboti tvarkymą ar nesutikti su tvarkymu, kai tai taikoma. Taip pat galite kreiptis į Valstybinę duomenų apsaugos inspekciją, jei manote, kad jūsų duomenų apsaugos teisės buvo pažeistos.
